What I really loved about this hotel was its charming decoration and cozy atmosphere. The hotel had a lovely, traditional island vibe with beautiful gardens surrounding the complex. The general areas, including the sun terrace, were well-maintained and perfect for seniors like me to relax and enjoy the sun. The accessibility for senior people was also great, with no long distances to walk and plenty of seating areas to rest and take in the views.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a bit more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have been more attentive to the needs of older guests.

The residence is beachfront, with a quiet lagoon just before the residence, and others stretching nearside, walking distance. Perfect to do a beach life or to travel through the whole Island. The studio was lovely, with a great light, quiet, friendly staff. Recommended!
It was ok, though the sheets had a couple of small holes and the blanket wasn't maybe too "used". Beds have a minimal quality and furniture should be renowned.

I have been there with my family (my partner and our 2 kids, 4 and 1 year old) and we enjoyed it a lot! The place is nice, the people really friendly and always ready to help, the location directly on the beach is great! I would recommend it immediately and I would go back there again!

The location was really close to the beach
The hotel is dated and needs renovation. The hot water in the shower ran out very quickly only enough for one person.

The apartments are directly on a secluded beach near a quaint fishing village but only 10 minute drive to Corelajo for more excitement if necessary and a 5 minute drive to the volcano at Lajares. Perfect romantic getaway. Great Tapas restaurant in village. Surfing, etc., great beaches. Wonderful staff, cheap beer at the bar and decent food, gorgeous beaches, apartments clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and amenities. Loved it!!!!!

Looking for a beachfront retreat? Look no further! This charming hotel is located directly on the beautiful sandy lagoon beaches, offering you easy access to the crystal-clear waters. You'll also be delighted to find that it's conveniently close to the centre, making exploring the area a breeze. the rooms are basic but charming, providing you with a cozy and comfortable stay. Although some minor maintenance issues were mentioned by previous guests, the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere more than make up for it. Plus, the stunning beach views and the opportunity to unwind in paradise are definitely worth it.
Keep in mind that while the location and the ambiance of the hotel are outstanding, some minor maintenance issues have been reported by previous guests.

Being situated right on a lovely, uncrowded sandy beach. The sun shone throughout our stay which helped.
The accommodation is very basic and needs some upgrading. Overall it was what we were expecting however.

Bed was comfortable and there were a refrigerator, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV set in the room. The location was amazing and lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Castillo de el Toston. There was kitchenette. Staff were really friendly and affable to our requests...

Incredible beachfront location, friendly and helpful staff, laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The coffee machine was a popular feature, and we loved spending time on the balcony. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The team, including Davide and the ladies, were fantastic. Can't wait to return! Absolutely amazing!

The location, right on the beach, and an easy walk into El Cotillo.
The apartment was very basic. It was poorly equipped and not suitable for self catering. It was ok for 3 days, mostly eating out.

The homeliness and friendship of both staff and other guests was contaigeous, the lagoon at the back was better than any indoor pool.
The front door was difficult to open as it was very tight. Not suitable for anyone looking for discos bright lights, just a haven of tranquility.

location.Bonus was that staff were friendly and helpful. Very kind
thought it was a little pricy - but may be because of bad exchange rate for sterling
